Privacy Policy — Tame

What we collect (and what we don't)

• Mandatory account: you must create an account with email and password (social login and phone login are not used). We do not ask for your real name, address, or documents.
• Anonymous device identifier: we also generate a random code (e.g. dev_abc123) to enforce usage limits.
• Optional nickname: if you provide a nickname in your profile, it is used only so the pet can call you by name.
• Game progress: saved on your device and also backed up in the cloud, linked to your account, so you don't lose your pet when you switch devices or reinstall the app. This backup includes the game state (stats, items, coins) and the pet's memory summary (pet.memory, e.g. "likes soccer") — never the transcript of conversations.

Conversations with the pet

• Chat messages are sent to our server only to generate the pet's response via an AI provider, and are not stored by us.
• The game keeps a short summary of what the pet has "learned" (e.g. "likes soccer"), which is also included in the cloud backup (see above). The system is instructed to never record sensitive data (address, phone number, school, last names, passwords).
• AI providers process the content of messages to generate the response, subject to their own terms (list of providers in use: [Anthropic/Groq]).

Children

The app is suitable for children under supervision. We do not deliberately collect personal data from children; the chat is instructed not to ask for it and to keep content appropriate for all ages.

Purchases

Payments are processed by the App Store/Google Play — we do not see card data. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat (we receive only the anonymous identifier and the premium status).

Sharing

We do not sell data. We share only what is necessary with the processors mentioned above (AI provider to generate responses; stores/RevenueCat for purchases).

Your rights (LGPD)

Deleting the app (or using "Start over from scratch" in the profile) erases your local data. To delete your account and cloud backup (including pet.memory) or for requests about the anonymous identifier: contato@bee.app.br.
