Terms of Use — Tame

1. What Tame is

Tame is a virtual pet game: you adopt, feed, raise, and chat with a digital pet. The pet's conversations are generated by artificial intelligence. The service is operated by Bee App Ltda.

2. Age and guardians

Tame was designed for all ages, including children. Minors must use the app with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian, who is also the one who must make (and is responsible for) any purchases.

3. Conversations with the pet (AI) and conduct

• The pet's responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies; they are entertainment, not medical, financial, psychological, or any other kind of professional advice.
• The environment is welcoming by design: the pet is instructed to refuse and redirect violent, sexual, racist, discriminatory, scary, or otherwise inappropriate content — including for children.
• It is prohibited to use the chat to try to produce illegal, hateful, sexual, violent content or content that harasses third parties. We may limit or terminate chat access in case of abuse (including automatic usage limits).
• Do not share personal data in the chat (address, phone number, school, documents, passwords). The pet is instructed not to ask for or store this data.

4. Purchases, coins, and subscription

• Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value outside the game; they are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for money.
• The Tame Premium subscription renews automatically until cancelled, directly through the App Store/Google Play. Some items are exclusive to subscribers. Prices may change with prior notice through the stores.
• In-app purchases are processed by the stores (Apple/Google) and follow their refund policies.

5. Account and game progress

Using Tame requires an account (email and password). Progress is saved on your device and also backed up in the cloud linked to your account (see Privacy Policy). Game mechanics (evolution, pet departure, coin prices) may be adjusted to keep the game balanced.

6. Intellectual property

Art, characters, texts, and code of Tame belong to Bee App Ltda. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

7. Termination and changes

We may update these terms and the service; relevant changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after the change means agreement.
